Ashish Kumar Pandey is the Managing Partner of Legaleria Law Offices. He has been advising and representing various global conglomerates on a range of complex corporate-commercial transactions and disputes. Ashish also leads Cross-Border Investment and International Trade Law division of the firm and has been instrumental in advising office of the Director General of Trade of European Commission regarding India’s compliances on her commitments made at WTO on various dimensions of Service Sector of Indian Economy. 

His practice also encompasses large-scale infrastructure and construction arbitration, including disputes arising out of civil engineering contracts and FIDIC-based frameworks. He represents the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRT&H) and the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) in high-stakes arbitration proceedings involving complex contractual and technical issues. 

Recently, Hon'ble President of India has engaged Advocate Ashish K. Pandey as Group ‘A’ Counsel to represent the Central Government before the Supreme Court of India. 

In addition to his litigation and arbitration practice, Ashish is an empanelled Mediator at the Supreme Court Mediation Centre, contributing to the institutional development of alternative dispute resolution and negotiated settlement mechanisms.

Rishabh Dubey is a seasoned white-collar crime, financial investigations, and economic offences lawyer with substantial experience in matters arising under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (PMLA), complex fiscal disputes, and financial regulatory proceedings.

He brings valuable institutional perspective from his tenure with the Directorate of Enforcement (ED), where he advised and represented the department in significant financial crime and money-laundering matters. This experience gives him a nuanced understanding of investigative strategy, enforcement processes, evidentiary issues, provisional attachment proceedings, and the regulatory architecture governing economic offences.

Rishabh combines this prosecutorial insight with a strong defence-oriented approach, enabling clients to address regulatory investigations, asset attachment risks, summons and enforcement proceedings, and parallel criminal, fiscal, and regulatory exposure in a coordinated manner.

K. Vikramaditya Shah is an experienced litigation lawyer with over seven years of active practice, advising and representing clients across a range of contentious matters before courts and tribunals.

He is also empanelled with the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee, reflecting his involvement in matters before the country’s highest court and his commitment to access to justice and legal representation.

With an academic background in engineering, Vikramaditya brings an additional analytical dimension to his legal practice. His technical training complements his litigation experience, particularly in matters requiring structured problem-solving, commercial understanding, and engagement with complex factual or technical issues.

His practice is marked by a combination of courtroom experience, analytical rigour, commercial awareness, and client-focused legal strategy.
